For private days, we base our rates off a $300 rate for a 1:1 day. From there, a discount of $30 per additional person is applied. For example, if a private day is booked for three people, each person would be discounted $60 to a rate of $240/ea.

It depends! Based on the objective for the day, we will discuss gear requirements ahead of time with you. For all objectives, we recommend you have your own helmet, harness, and climbing shoes. All other necessary gear can be provided, however we love to see our guests showing up with any gear they will continue using after our day is completed.

We generally offer full 8hr days. This is in large part due to the drive times and approach times to many of the crags in the greater Tahoe area. If you are interested in a shorter or longer day please include that in your message to us and we will do our best to accomodate!

We are based out of Sacramento and often climb in the greater Tahoe area. Where you get to climb will vary based on the objectives of the day. If there is a specific area that interests you let us know when you contact us!

We strive to respond to all requests within two business days.

Weather rolls in and pets get sick, we get it! If your plans are changing let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your changing schedule.

Cancellations 8 or more days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7-3 days of the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 2 days of the event will not receive a refund of the deposit.
